(GER/Elmshorn – press release) The Holsteiner Summer Event kicks off on Thursday, 13 August. In addition to the traditional state championships, a riding horse auction sale, foal auction sale and an open foal sale, the big young breeders’ competition will take place on Sunday. “The entire event is held in the open”, says the head of marketing, Roland Metz. Visitors are very welcome!
“The Elmshorn facility is perfectly suited for observing social distancing and hygiene rules”, Metz continues. The focus of Saturday’s showing is on the young Holsteiner jumping horses. And after the state champions have been established, 64 hand-picked elite foals are put to sale by auctioneer Hendrik Schulze Rückamp. Of course, options again include bidding by phone and online (https://holsteiner.auction/home). Don’t miss out on foals closely related to international sport horses looking for a new owner. Like for example lot no. 30, a foal by Million Dollar: the bay colt called Moretti comes from the direct damline of Kent Farrington’s Austria (by Casall) from mare family 4564. Last week, she won the Traverse City (Michigan) grand prix and in December Austria won the lucrative top-ten final in Geneva. Moretti provides Holsteiner Verband customers with the opportunity to secure a true rarity – by bidding live on site, on the phone, or online.
The auction sale a hybrid event allowing you to place your bid either live on-site, on the telephone or online. For all questions regarding the auction or on the foals please do not hesitate to contact Roland Metz (+49 171 4364 651).
