Verden. Finally, the training of the riding horses of the Verden Auction Online in July has started. The 38 dressage and 25 show jumping horses with highly interesting pedigrees and outstanding talent have moved into their boxes at the Niedersachsenhalle facility. From July 11, the first bids can be submitted online. The final bid-up of the riding horses will start on Saturday, 17 July, at 2 pm CET.
Appointments to try out the horses can now be made with the team of the Hannoveraner Verband. You can then bid for your dream horse from the comfort of your own home. The offer is wide-ranging. A dressage athlete in large format opens the July collection with the head number 1. The three-year-old Iberico by Asgard’s Ibiza/Don Frederico (breeder: Sabine and Jan Fauerbach, Dornum, exhibitor: Willem Klausing GbR, Diepholz) comes in at 1.76 metres. The showjumping collection is opened by the five-year-old Valentino/Contendro daughter Valentino’s Versage (breeder: Johann-Christian Eggers, Freiburg, exhibitor: Franz-Josef Neuhaus, Haltern am See) with head number three. The colourful liver chestnut mare is herself already highly successful under the jumping saddle of Eike Felix Thamm.
The first presentation will be broadcast live on the internet on Saturday, July 10, from 10 a.m., as will the presentation on Wednesday, July 14, from 3 p.m., and the free jumping on Friday, July 16, from 10 a.m..
It will be possible to try out the horses in compliance with the hygiene rules, and the auction will again take place online. Interested parties can view the collection at www.verdener-auktion-online.com and place their bids from July 11. The auction will take place in two parts. In part 1, head numbers 1 to 31 will be auctioned, in part 2 the virtual hammer will fall for head numbers 32 to 63.
