Belgian born Carlos qualified as a Pferdewirtschaftsmeister in Germany.
Carlos trained with the renowned Major Paul Stecken. He also spent time training with Johan Hinnerman and Heinz Lammers. He migrated to Australia in 2003.
Carlos has been the QLD State Dressage Coach.
