Jamie has been riding since a young age, he progressed through the grades of his local Pony Club, in Bega, and went on to compete successfully as an individual.  Starting off with just a few horses, and old truck and the change in his pocket, he travelled the show circuit, winning his way around. In doing so he met his wife Sue with whom, he started a professional business.  From humble beginnings, the Bega boy, went on to compete at World Cup and International level, and represented his country at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Since the Olympics, he has remained riding an extremely high level, but taken on mass duties of coaching to some of the countries best riders.  He is as competitive as ever, a perfectionist, and overall has an undying love for horses, and jumping.
